qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available in a school setting
located in Plainfield, NJ. This contract role supports a 1:1
student with complex medical needs, requiring diligent monitoring
and hands-on care throughout the school day. The work schedule is
Monday through Friday, from 8:25 a.m. to 3:25 p.m., starting
immediately and continuing through June 23, 2026. The assignment
includes a scheduled spring break from April 3 to April 10. Key
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one nursing support to a
kindergarten student with multiple medical needs. Assist with
feeding, ensuring the student chews and swallows safely. Monitor
and manage allergies, including tracking temperature and glucose
levels. Perform general health assessments and respond promptly to
medical needs during the school day. Maintain accurate
documentation of all nursing care and observations. Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey LPN licensure and certification are required.
Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing
preferred. Ability to work independently with attention to detail
and compassion. Skilled in monitoring and managing complex health
conditions in children. Location: The position is based in a school
