Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a certified Speech Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide services in an elementary school setting in
Andover, MN. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of
elementary students, supporting their speech and language
development needs. Location: Andover, MN (onsite) Assignment
Duration: Current school year coverage: May 22 June 4, 2026 Next
school year coverage: September 4 December 23, 2026 (full coverage
for the first semester) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM
4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) Responsibilities: Conduct speech and
language evaluations and provide individualized therapy to an
elementary mixed population Manage case load of approximately 28
students with direct therapy and support, serving a total of 47
students Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to develop and implement communication improvement
plans Maintain accurate documentation and case management in
accordance with state and school guidelines Participate in team
meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active
State Licensure as an SLP Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC) preferred Experience working in school settings serving
elementary students Strong communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills This position offers the opportunity to make a
