Pay: $1,600 to $1,800 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Telemetry / Monitor Technician (Night Shift) Location: 34 Maple Street, Norwalk, CT 06856 Weekly Guarantee: 36 hours Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Telemetry / Monitor Technician for a night shift contract assignment. This role is based in a 366-bed acute care academic medical center and involves continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation. Schedule Shift: Night (12-hour shifts) Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Schedule: Rotating, including every other weekend Shift Length: 11.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break) On-Call: Not required Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias Accurately document EKG measurements Identify changes in patient conditions and escalate to nursing staff promptly Maintain continuous telemetry monitoring for assigned patients Requirements Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Cardiac Monitor Technician in a hospital setting Strong ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias Must pass an EKG competency test (80% or higher) upon hire Preferred Qualifications 2 years of cardiac monitoring experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Benefits Facility Details 366-bed acute care academic medical center Work Site: 34 Maple Street, Norwalk, CT 06856 Additional Information Bonus offered No on-call requirement Quick Offer
