Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Orthopedic Location: Lewiston, ME Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,910 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year previous nursing experience preferred License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Must not be a previous employee. Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered. Description: The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team. Responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process. Will assess patients on admission and throughout their stay. Involves patients and their caregivers in the plan development and updates as necessary. Will be required to administer IV medications, IV therapy, blood, and its components. Follows clinical standards and policies during the administration of care. Staff must be trained and demonstrate competency in the application of restraints. Responsible for the implementation of seclusion and monitoring of patients in restraint or seclusion. Competency must be validated by the employing agency. Holiday coverage is required.
