Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist with specialty recognition Valid PA medical license ACLS and PALS certifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR system Prior deployment in Level I Trauma or complex surgical settings Background in cardiac-specific anesthetic procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Active clinical practice in cardiac anesthesiology Proven track record in high-volume, complex surgical environments Other Requirements: Availability for day shifts (4x10-hour shifts), with flexible scheduling Must meet credentialing requirements within approximately 90 days; expedited options available with leadership approval Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting This position offers an excellent hourly pay rate of $395.39, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly direct deposit pay, comprehensive medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick time in compliance with applicable laws, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses.
