Job Description:
Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a Psychiatrist
to provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care within a
collaborative behavioral health team. This role focuses on
evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing patient
support. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric
evaluations Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health
conditions Manage medication therapy and follow-up care Provide
crisis intervention and emergency evaluations as needed Collaborate
with therapists, primary care providers, and care teams Educate
patients and families on treatment plans and medications Maintain
accurate clinical documentation Meet productivity and quality
standards Qualifications MD or DO required Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Psychiatry Active or eligible state medical license
Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred Strong
knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities
Skills & Competencies Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning
skills Compassionate, patient-centered care approach Ability to
work within multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and
documentation skills Familiarity with EHR systems Schedule
Full-time outpatient schedule Minimal call requirements Flexible
