Job Description:
Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical
Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the
operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and
well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing
equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum
Requirements: Current certification from a program accredited by
the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
(NBSTSA). BLS Certification. 2 years' experience as a certified OR
tech / Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment. Experience
assisting in orthopedic procedures preferred. Ability to maintain a
sterile field and perform instrument and equipment sterilization
according to facility protocols. Willingness to participate in an
on-call rotation as this position includes an on-call component.
Compliance with applicable state and federal healthcare
regulations. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Primary
