Behavioral Health Specialist Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Flexible
Schedule Somersworth, NH $32.00 – $42.75 per hour (based on

In this role, you will: Support patients through critical moments
and long-term care journeys Work alongside primary care providers
in a truly integrated model Help reduce barriers to behavioral
health services Be part of a team that values empathy,
collaboration, and excellence What You’ll Do As a Behavioral Health
Specialist at GSCH, you will: Conduct mental health assessments and
provide individual and group therapy Provide crisis intervention
and “warm welcome” support for patients in need Collaborate with
medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to address mental
health and substance use concerns Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in the EHR system Participate in team meetings, case
reviews, and quality improvement initiatives Support continuity of
care through referrals and follow-up What You’ll Bring Required:
Master’s degree in a mental health-related field Eligible for
licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent track)
Active BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred: Fully
licensed in NH Experience in mental health and/or substance use
treatment Experience in integrated or community health settings
