facilities. Position Summary: The RN Unit Manager is responsible
for overseeing daily nursing operations within the unit, ensuring
high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with
healthcare regulations. This role involves managing nursing staff,
coordinating care plans, and maintaining a safe and efficient
clinical environment while promoting positive patient outcomes. Key
Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage nursing staff, including
scheduling and performance evaluation - Oversee patient care
delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards - Coordinate
and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary
teams - Monitor patient outcomes and address any changes in
condition - Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to
regulatory requirements - Support staff training, mentoring, and
development - Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and
quality assurance standards - Handle admissions, discharges, and
overall unit operations Requirements: - Active, unrestricted RN
License - BLS Certification by AHA - Minimum 1 year of LTC
