Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: /n Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician /n/n Job Details: /n • Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM /n• Split hours between Cardiology outpatient office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire for nuclear stress testing and main campus in York, Maine for general nuclear medicine testing /n• Perform a variety of general nuclear medicine studies as well as cardiac studies /n• IV insertion procedures /n• Safe handling and storage of radioactive materials /n• Maintain American College of Radiography NM Accreditation /n• Maintain State of Maine Radioactive Materials license /n• Detailed documentation requirements /n• Excellent communication with Cardiologists and Radiologists to ensure quality exams /n• Provide exceptional patient care /n• 1 years nuclear medicine experience preferred /n• BLS Certification required /n• CNMT licensure required /n• Timecards must be filled out properly or they will be rejected and not processed /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services with specialized departments including nuclear medicine and cardiology.
