Opportunity: Seeking a mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care services
Flexible schedule options with 4 or 5 day work week
Join Primary Care MDs and NP/PAs
Outpatient offices open Monday-Friday
Provide on call coverage within the primary care group, approximately 1 in 8
