Job Description:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
Full-time employed outpatient position Provide adult primary care
including acute, chronic, and preventive care Coordinate care with
specialists and hospital-based providers Collaborate with APPs,
nursing, and care teams Participate in quality improvement and
patient safety initiatives Competitive base salary with
