Nocturnist opportunity in Manchester, CTGreat opportunity to join a tightly knit, highly skilled team of 8 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs). A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.Position Highlights:249-bed community hospital located in Manchester, CT3 physicians and 1 APP during the day, dedicated Nocturnist overnight22 bed Closed ICU - managed with own intensivist groupNo proceduresAverage overnight census 65Average overnight admissions - 7Day APP starts with 13 patients and possible 2 admissions throughout the daySite Coordinator and Clinical Performance NurseFamily Residency on site to help with night admissions7 on/7 off day APP 7am to 7pm; Nocturnist 7pm to 7amNo Cath Lab on-site all patients that present to ER get transferred out.EMR Meditech with Dragon, upgrading to EPIC in July 2026Codes: Hospitalists are a part of the Rapid Response TeamLocation: 20 minutes from Hartford and other great communities to liveOpen to IM and FM EXPERIENCED physiciansCompensation:$1,800 per night shift - Based on working an average of 15 shifts per month the annual salary will be $328,500Moonlighting Shift rates: $300/shift additional for shifts worked more than 45/quarterProductivity and Quality IncentivesRewards and Compensation:Competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.We emphasize growth and development as a central feature of our practices.
