months Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Work Schedule: TU-FR-
4x10's, 8AM-7PM (1hr lunch, admin 6P-7P) Patient Volume: 18-20 PPD
Procedures: Basic family medicine- wellness exam, cold, cough, flu,
chronic care, diabetes, weight management. Bread and butter PC EMR:
AthenaOne License Needed: ME, will wait for right provider
Certifications Needed: BC, DEA, BLS, ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Family Medicine, rural health
Other additional pertinent information: Provider will be assigned
an RN, LPN, or MA
