Job Title: People Operations Leader - Manager/Director/Head/Chief People Officer

Location: Portland, ME - Flex WFH but on-site often as we scale

Salary: $100-140K+ (Open - We are looking for the right person from Manager to C-level so don't let comp get in the way)

Founded in 2013, we are a fast-growing, SaaS start-up offering a full suite of services to mid-size and large retailers. Our platform includes data analysis and reporting, inventory, vendor management, logistics, POS/back office, website/e-commerce/web distribution, and loyalty/promotions solutions to our clients.

We provide consulting, software, and hosting with a cloud-based, touch-screen-enabled set-up that can be used across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

As a leader in people operations, you will report directly to the executive team, and work alongside them to enhance and build our People and Culture strategy. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you'll be helping us continue our rapid growth.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Strategic leadership in recruiting, hiring, employee relations/engagement, and retention
  • Planning and executive unique benefits/Total Rewards
  • Developing and enhancing our people and culture strategy and initiatives
  • Create and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives for current employees and hiring
  • Plan educational and advancement routes for our team
  • Executive coaching and leadership training
  • Leading benefits and retirement plan administration
  • Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards development, strategy, and implementation
    What You Need for this Position

    • BA/BS
    • HR/People and Culture Operations and Leadership
    • SaaS Start-up or similar
    • Experience with or excited about owning the People and Culture Function without a team (You'll help build this team out, but from day one...it's you running the show....the possibilities are endless)
      Experience In Some Or All Of The Following
      • Recruiting, Talent, Hiring, Retention
      • Planning and Executing Total Rewards/Unique Benefits that develop our people and culture
      • Creating and enhancing DEI programs, strategies, and initiatives
      • Executive and Leadership Coaching and training
      • Benefits and Retirement Plan Administration
      • Developing and implementing Compensation Strategy and Planning
