Job Description:
The Lunette, in Collinsville, is seeking a dedicated and
enthusiastic dishwasher / prep cook to join our team. We are
looking for an individual who is hardworking, and eager to
learn.Compensation:16.35 - 18 hourlyResponsibilities:Keep all
workstations, counters, cooking equipment, and refrigerators clean
and sanitary according to health and safety rules
Ensure that all interactions with visitors, vendors and colleagues
are conducted in a professional and friendly manner
Establish a system of food stations and stock them with all of the
necessary ingredients for the shift
Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables,
fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste
management
Operate dish machine, manually wash dishes and ensure all dishes
and cookware is clean and ready for
serviceQualifications:Candidates must be hardworking,
detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
