Job Description:
Job OverviewProvide support and back up to field sales and
customers on product needs. Be the first point of contact for
customers. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our
solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Research and
resolve Accounts Receivable issues, investigate and resolve issues
related to return goods, credits, and warranties.A Day In The

* 2-3 years in a customer service role
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Strong critical thinking skills Basic Microsoft Office, e-mail,
and other PC application skills
* Must be able to effectively interpret and communicate information
from ERP system
* Familiarity with SAP preferred; familiarity with OnBase order
management system is a plus
* Basic technical aptitude and attention to detail
Professional etiquette, including empathy and active listening;
internally and externally in both verbal and written
communication
* Positive and professional demeanor
