Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws. Use the Via driver app to follow dynamic routing instructions to pick up and drop off passengers. Provide high-quality service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey. Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety issues to the fleet manager. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed, ensuring particularly attentive service to those with special accessibility needs. Proficiency with GPS and other navigation systems. Ability to use mobile applications and technology effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Good time management skills to adhere to a schedule. Valid Class C or above driver’s license. Clean driving record. Completion of a defensive driving course preferred.
