Description: WORK SCHEDULE - 4 /10 Work Week Our mission is to

the fun at Loring Job Corps, Be one of the instructors for our
students Leisure & Recreation Time. Creating and helping with
Games, Sports, Art, Drama, Field Trips and Off Site Activities. You
would be directing students in leisure-time recreation activities .
(Etc. Games, Sports, Field Trips and Off Site Activities.) Assist
in organization of the recreational programs and trips and
encourage students' participation. Orders and issues materials,
supplies, films, and game equipment upon Supervisor's review and
approval Develops and operates weekly game activities Assists in
center sponsored trips and events Coaches teams engaged in on and
off center activities Assists students in drama and other creative
activities Must be able to drive company vehicles and qualify for
company sponsored insurance by holding a Maine Driver’s License.
All post offer candidates must complete and pass a background check
and drug screen. Qualifications: Minimum: One-year experience
working with youth or Associates degree. Preferred : Bachelor’s
degree. Must obtain and maintain lifeguard certification.
Experience as a coach, arts & crafts, performing arts. Shift
Schedule: Thursday thru Sunday 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Off Monday,
Tuesday & Wednesday Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $17.24 per
hour Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum: Associates degree or
one-year related experience working with youth. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree. Must obtain and maintain lifeguard
certification. A CDL bus driver’s license. Experience as a coach,
arts & crafts, performing arts. Knowledge: Must obtain and maintain
current CPR/First Aid Certification. Must possess a valid State
driver’s license. Ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months of DOH.
Knowledge of various recreation/avocation activities. Ability to
effectively relate to student population. Ability to motivate
students. High energy level; enthusiastic. Compensation details:
