your favorite recreation destination. Position Summary The Food &
Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and
beverage operations, including banquet execution, front-of-house
service staff, and kitchen team supervision. This role ensures
exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, food quality
standards, and proper team training. This position plays a key
leadership role in onboarding and developing team members while
maintaining operational excellence across all food and beverage
functions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
Supervise banquet servers, bussers, and kitchen staff Ensure staff
are in the proper uniform. Assign daily responsibilities and ensure
proper staffing levels Monitor staff performance and provide
real-time coaching and feedback Address service or kitchen
performance issues promptly and professionally Support a positive,
team-oriented work environment Training & Onboarding Conduct weekly
onboarding training for new food and beverage team members Train
staff on service standards, food presentation, safety, and
sanitation procedures Ensure all new hires understand company
policies and operational expectations Identify development
opportunities and recommend additional training as needed Event &
Banquet Oversight Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure
accurate event delivery Direct event-related questions or concerns
to the Food and Beverage Manager Greet event host(s) Complete floor
plans and buffet diagrams Complete staff assignments. Maintain
banquet supply par stocks. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure
timely food delivery and accurate set-ups. Oversee setup and
breakdown of banquet rooms, including linens, table arrangements,
and décor.r Attend weekly BEO meetings Monitor service flow to
ensure smooth and efficient event execution Kitchen & Operational
Management Oversee kitchen workflow to ensure food quality,
consistency, and timely output. Ensure adherence to food safety,
sanitation, and health regulations Maintain inventory of food,
beverage, and banquet supplies Conduct pre-shift meetings to review
daily operations and assignments Identify operational
inefficiencies and communicate improvements to management Guest
Experience Serve as the on-site leadership presence during events
Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints quickly and
professionally Maintain high standards of hospitality and
presentation Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and
team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
events and priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and adapt to changing situations Flexibility to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Previous
supervisory or management experience in food and beverage Banquet
or high-volume restaurant experience ServSafe certification (or
willingness to obtain) Physical Demands: Listed below are key
