Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Coordinator to work in a
100% remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Research and set up state/local/School District taxes through ADP
and state/locality for each store and team member
Verify all tax filings and ensure proper reporting is up to date
through the state/locality
Update team members' changes to their tax panel daily and
communicate with team members for accurate tax information
Required Qualifications
Experience replying to tax notices and responding to team member
tax inquiries
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work
independently on projects
At-home office setup to work 100% remotely with reliable Wi-Fi
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax setups and
regulations
Experience working with ADP is a plus
