County-based nutrition company is hiring a Human Resources Manager
to take full ownership of HR. You'll be the go-to person for
everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance,
and employee relations. Great role for someone who enjoys being
hands-on and building out processes in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager Serve as the HR
lead for all managers, offering guidance on performance,
discipline, and employee relations Oversee recruitment, onboarding,
and offboarding processes Handle payroll, benefits, and time-off
tracking using ADP Workforce Ensure compliance with all
federal/state HR laws and update handbooks, policies, and job
descriptions Coordinate employee recognition programs and training
initiatives Maintain accurate employee files and support general HR
admin tasks Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 3 years in an HR
Generalist or HR Manager role Experience with ADP Workforce,
payroll, recruiting, and compliance Strong working knowledge of
FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' Comp, and related laws HR certification
(PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred INJUN2025 CBJUN2025 LI-OR1 LI-Hybrid
