Join a highly respected national law firm Opportunity to lead the HR function and have a direct impact on company culture, engagement, and compliance Reports to the Director of HR and Operations with oversight of 2-3 team members (including a recruiter and events coordinator) Work alongside a passionate, professional team in a collaborative and mission-driven environment Enjoy a hybrid work schedule after an initial onboarding period Competitive compensation package including bonus potential and full benefits Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment strategy, interviewing, and onboarding Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations , performance management, and team engagement Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal laws Oversee training and development programs to support employee growth and continuous learning Manage compensation and benefits programs, including periodic reviews for competitiveness Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning Maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with the firm's values and long-term goals Qualifications of the HR Manager Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Experience managing HR in a California context is a strong advantage INJUN2025 CBJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-OR1 LI-Hybrid
