Human Resources Manager CFS is currently working with a client to identify an HR Manager to join their growing team. Why Work Here? This company is growing and looking to add to their team in the form of an HR Manager Company offers competitive health benefits, full health, dental, and vision Very relaxed and laid-back culture, this company values work life balance Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager The Human Resources Business Partner will handle all employee relations Work with the unions, handle all union contracts and negotiations The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for coaching managers on how to best manage employees Compensation analysis, working with department heads to gather data Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager Must have 3-5 years experience in a full cycle HR role including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance Must have experience working with HRIS system and experience/exposure to training, policy documentation/implementation is a plus Salary: $90-115k ZRCFS
