Job Description:

HR Admin Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin with a strong focus on recruiting to join our Human Resources team. This role will support a range of HR functions, with a primary emphasis on driving the recruitment process-from job posting to onboarding. The position is hybrid, 3 days onsite Key Responsibilities of the HR Admin: Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Proactively source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and sometimes participate in interviews alongside hiring managers; ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process. Facilitate new hire onboarding including preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and conducting orientation. Assist with general HR functions such as employee file maintenance, HRIS data entry, and reporting as needed. Preferred Qualifications for the HR Admin: 1-3 years of experience in an HR or recruiting-related role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
