Manager: $110,000 - $125,000 (Depending on Experience) Why THIS Sr.

growth plan for the right individual Key Responsibilities of the
Senior Human Resources Manager: The Senior Human resources Manager
will act as a consultant to leaders, offering insight and guidance
on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce
planning. Support the business through change management
efforts-driving smooth transitions with minimal disruption. Lead
talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention
strategies. Guide performance management efforts to ensure
alignment with company goals and individual growth. Partner with
Marketing, site HR teams, and leadership to create thoughtful
internal communications that reinforce values and strategy. Serve
as a resource for resolving employee concerns with empathy and
fairness. Use data to analyze trends and make informed decisions
around engagement, retention, and performance. Present meaningful
reports to senior leadership that help shape people-related
strategies. Qualifications of the Sr. Human Resources Manager: 5-7
years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a
strategic HR Business Partner capacity . A history of building
strong partnerships across departments and leading change with
confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you
know how to connect, influence, and inspire. Data-savvy with an eye
for insights that drive action. Willingness to travel up to 25-30%
