We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to help homeowners with roofing and exterior restoration projects. This field-based role is perfect for outgoing, self-driven individuals who enjoy helping others and want to grow professionally. The Role : Generate leads via door-to-door outreach. Educating homeowners on services and insurance claims Perform roof/exterior inspections (training provided) Close deals and manage customer relationships. The Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Pass criminal background/MVR checks. Available Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays during peak seasons – willingness to work non-traditional hours.
