Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide essential
administrative and human resources support for our team in Shelton,
Washington. This contract position involves managing a variety of
tasks related to personnel records, compliance monitoring, and
onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining
organization and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic
environment. Responsibilities: • Perform administrative tasks to
support day-to-day office operations, including data entry and
maintaining personnel files. • Track and manage medical
credentials, licenses, and certifications for staff to ensure
compliance. • Coordinate new employee onboarding processes,
including orientation, handbook distribution, and tracking
onboarding paperwork. • Facilitate communication with the corporate
talent acquisition team and oversee I-9 compliance, badge issuance,
and system access setup. • Order office supplies and snacks to
maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace. • Conduct audits
to monitor compliance and ensure proper documentation for training
and certifications. • Assist in safety-related activities such as
organizing meetings, training sessions, and drills, as well as
maintaining safety binders. • Prepare meeting agendas,
correspondence, and minutes to support departmental and leadership
initiatives. • Provide backup support for receptionist or other
administrative roles as needed. • Address maintenance requests and
coordinate related activities to ensure a safe and functional
office environment.• A minimum of 1 year of experience in human
resources or administrative support roles. • Familiarity with HRIS
systems such as UltiPro and Kronos. • Proficiency in Microsoft
Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with onboarding
processes, including orientation for new employees and compliance
tracking. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
for managing personnel files and documentation. • Ability to
coordinate safety training and compliance activities. •
Demonstrated capability to perform audits and monitor adherence to
HR policies. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate
effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
