Job Description Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Woodbury, MN Location: Woodbury, MN Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday-Friday, Daytime Hours Key Responsibilities : Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Design and adjust skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs based on data and clinical judgment Monitor client progress and complete timely, accurate documentation and progress reports Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and direct care staff in alignment with BACB and state standards Partner with caregivers to set goals, provide parent training, and support meaningful outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with DHS, EIDBI, BACB, and HIPAA requirements Participate in quality improvement and clinical review activities Qualifications : Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain prior to start Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs Ability to meet DHS background study requirements Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of BACB, DHS, EIDBI, and HIPAA compliance standards Benefits : Paid time off Paid holidays Retirement plan with employer contribution (if applicable) Professional development and career advancement opportunities Supportive, collaborative work environment For more information please reach out to Valeria Moore: at 469-294-9940 or by Email: at valeria.moore@protouchstaffing.com Company Description Protouch Staffing is a trusted staffing partner specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
