Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing Technicians who will be responsible for performing field and laboratory testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: Perform field testing of construction materials including soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates Conduct laboratory testing in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications Accurately document and report test results in a timely manner Communicate test results and observations with project managers, engineers, and clients Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration Follow company safety policies and job site safety requirements Represent the company professionally at job sites and with clients Qualifications: Previous experience in construction materials testing required Relevant certifications (ACI, NICET, or state certifications) preferred Knowledge of ASTM and AASHTO testing standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
