Job Description:

KeenLogic is seeking a self-motivated AV Technology Engineer to join the team with one of our government customers. This is a work from home, contract position with the potential for extension/conversion. The ideal candidate needs to be located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in the case of Return to Office (ROI). The successful candidate will be proficient in Zoom and Audio/Visual technologies used to support virtual meetings necessary to support the Program Lead. They will use Zoom to organize break-out sessions, take attendance, conduct polls, facilitate Zoom chat conversations, assist with participant technology issues and provide technical support, as well as escalate issues that need additional assistance and problem resolution.

The AV Technology Engineer will be proficient in Zoom and audio/visual technologies used to support virtual meetings necessary to support the Program Lead in virtual meetings using Zoom to organize break-out sessions, taking attendance, conducting polls, facilitating Zoom chat conversations, assisting with participant technology issues and providing technical support, as well as escalating issues that need additional assistance and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and 3 years of professional working experience or High School Diploma and 10 years of professional working experience.

    Required Skills
    • 3+ years experience using Zoom to include features and functionality
    • 3+ years' experience providing phone and/or in-person support for business application (Analysis, Diagnosis, Remediation, Testing, Performance Tuning)
    • 3+ years' experience with standard Windows OS applications and MS Office applications
    • 3+ years' customer service experience
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

      Responsibilities include:
      • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, audio/visual technologies and applications such as Zoom, SharePoint, and custom applications
      • Anticipate Program Lead's needs during the meeting
      • Monitor and record participant attendance
      • Monitor Zoom chat box during virtual meeting
      • Help participants who lose audio connections
      • Monitor video functionality
      • Organize breakout sessions
      • Conduct polls
      • Coordination with Call Center leadership and client staff
      • Assist customer with login issues
      • Support training activities for participant orientation and program director orientation and facilitator training
      • Log issues using CRM tool
