• 40 Water Street - 40 Water Street Boston, Massachusetts 02109 United StatesWe are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in large-scale Mainframe Systems to lead strategic modernization and migration efforts for our enterprise clients. This role requires hands-on knowledge of complex legacy environments with millions of lines of COBOL code, and the ability to architect future-ready platforms using modern cloud-native paradigms.As a key thought leader, you will drive technical vision, architecture design, and transformation roadmaps that ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof migration from mainframes to modern platforms.Qualifications
  • Prior experience as lead architect in multi-year mainframe migration programs across banking, insurance, healthcare, or public sector domains.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise integration (APIs, messaging, ESBs), DevOps practices, and cloud reference architectures.
  • Strong understanding of distributed/cloud-native systems (Azure, AWS, or GCP), modern app stacks (Java/Spring, .NET, containers, Kubernetes).
