Job Description:
At Johnson Controls, we integrate the latest technologies and
sustainability principles to redefine building environments. As a
HVAC Surveyor in our Global Center of Excellence (GCOE), you will
play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness and
compliance of our HVAC systems globally. You will leverage your
technical expertise and industry knowledge to conduct detailed
surveys, analyses, and assessments of HVAC systems at various
sites, helping us maintain our leadership in smart building
solutions. Perform comprehensive HVAC system surveys and audits at
various project sites globally. Document findings and provide
detailed reports outlining the efficiency, potential areas of
improvement, and compliance with current industry standards and
regulations. Collaborate with engineering teams to design or
redesign HVAC systems based on survey findings. Assist in the
implementation of upgrade projects, ensuring technical and quality
standards are met. Train site personnel on proper maintenance and
operational procedures to maintain system efficiency. Stay updated
with the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and government
regulations. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including
installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in
using HVAC design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent
communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple project surveys concurrently.
