Job Description:
Global Partners LP is seeking a highly skilled and analytical
Manager of Business Intelligence for our Retail sector. This
pivotal role is responsible for leading a team that analyzes retail
data and translates insights into actionable strategies to drive
our retail operations forward. As a leader in the energy product
and services industry with a vast network in the Northeastern U.S.,
the ideal candidate will make decisions that enhance our retail
efficiency and profitability, leveraging data to support business
initiatives and growth. Develop and execute data collection and
analysis systems to support decision-making in retail operations.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance data-driven strategies
for business growth. Collaborate with the IT department to improve
business intelligence tools and dashboards. Generate and present
reports to senior management detailing trends, patterns, and
predictions based on complex data sets. Manage and mentor a team of
business intelligence analysts. Advanced analytical and
problem-solving skills Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau,
Power BI, or equivalent Strong leadership and team management
abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability
to interpret and implement data-driven strategies Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification
in Business Intelligence or Data Management preferred Project
management certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
