Experience: Duties and Responsibilities: • Take End User Support
calls, emails, and walk-up for both MAC and windows. • Software
break/fix support • Hardware support • New image builds • Incident
manager and ticket update/closure for in-house Customer • ITSM
platform • Install, Move, Add, Change support Triage and resolution
for configuration issues of Operating Systems • Re-installing
software, drivers, and add-ins • Other IT tech related task to help
at that site Required experience in the following areas: •
Experience in computer configuration and repair • Minimum 7 years’
experience is end user support • 7 years' experience with Incident
Management and/or IT Ticketing • systems • Experience using SMS (or
equivalent) to manage systems and applications; • Experience with
MS Active Directory • Experience with O365, AWS. OKTA/ and or

Qualifications • 4 IT Support engineers • 1 team lead that would
work the help desk but also coordinate schedules and manage the 4
individuals (need prior lead experience) • Transmedic is a live
organ donor transport- biotech company that transport organs • Help
desk is very important since it's global and making sure things are
running smoothly • Good customer service skills- white glove
service • White glove support- individuals need to be customer
facing • Mac/windows environment, strong AD experience, MS
application support, OKTA • Team lead would be in 5 days a week
8-5pm- (7 years of experience min) • Engineers will work 4, 10 hour
days- (3 years of exp min) • Parking would be covered if charged •
Based in Andover, MA • 12 month contract and will go longer- it’s a
3 year project • Exclusive • Covid vaccination not required and
standard drug test • 1-2 round interviews • Schedule is subject to
change but this was the proposal shifts presented: ? Tech 1 – wed –
sat , 6am – 4 pm ? Tech 2 – wed – sat, 4pm – 2am ? Tech 3 – Sunday
– wed, 6am – 4pm ? Tech 4 – Sunday – wed, 4pm – 2am ? Lead – M-F,
9am – 5pm • Candidates need to be open to night and weekend work
Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a
Contract position based out of Andover, MA. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility
