Virginia. What You Will Do: Design and implement ML and Agentic
architectures across a wide range of business domains. Continuously
evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance
platform capabilities, efficiency, and scalability. Establish and
enforce best practices for agentic systems, including protocol
adoption, agent / tool strategies, reasoning orchestration and
basic functions such as context management and memory capabilities
Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software
developers, and business stakeholders to translate AI models into
operational value. Maintain and continuously improve the
operational model of the platform, including working with the
Operations team to provide best-in-class monitoring, logging,
alerting, incident management, and disaster recovery procedures.
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools
to enhance platform capabilities, robustness, efficiency, security
and scalability. Partner with the enterprise architecture and data
and AI governance teams to align the platform capabilities and
controls to internal and external Legal, Cyber and Governance
requirements. Partner with teams implementing “embedded” [COTS]
agents to integrate into the platform. Qualifications You Must
Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent
experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
10 years of experience in architecture, systems engineering,
software, or related area with demonstrated technical skills in the
above areas Qualifications We Prefer: Advanced degree in STEM
Experience in Aerospace and Defense or other regulated industries
Experience with Gov or Classified Environments Experience with ABAC
policy management (Immuta, Privacera) Experience with analytics,
machine learning and use-of-data patterns Demonstrated ability to
convert technology to business value Ability to solve complex
problems Excellent communication skills Experience specifically in
designing, deploying, and operating AI/ML platforms or complex
distributed systems Familiarity with Scaled Agile Product
Management and DevOps frameworks Work Location This is a hybrid
role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly
both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be

157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good
faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
