Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Surface Radars & Sensors
Center is seeking a C5I Chief Scrum Master to work onsite in
Woburn, MA. In this role, you will serve as the strategic and
technical leader coordinating across multiple Scrum teams within
the C5I product line. You will manage cross-team dependencies and
drive Agile processes across the organization, working closely with
the Chief Product Owner to prioritize and execute on scope across
various programs. What You Will Do Provide technical leadership and
contribute directly to solving challenges in network-centric C2
systems. Interface with U.S. Government customers and Program
Leadership to provide updates on development and system status.
Facilitate "Scrum of Scrums" to ensure alignment and integration
across multiple teams. Resolve complex, cross-team organizational
bottlenecks and challenges. Guide and mentor team-level Scrum
Masters to promote a culture of agility across the organization.
Prioritize and address impediments based on their impact on the
team and project. Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Scrum Masters
across multiple Agile teams. Collaborate with engineering and
leadership teams to align delivery with business objectives.
Establish, monitor, and report on Agile metrics such as velocity,
cycle time, and predictability. Foster continuous improvement,
collaboration, and accountability across teams. Ensure consistent
Agile practices across teams while allowing flexibility where
appropriate. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
(STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile
development projects. Experience in overseeing and/or monitoring
technical cost and schedule performance. Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated experience as a technical leader solving complex
network-centric system challenges. Proven ability to resolve
cross-team dependencies and organizational impediments. Strong
facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead
through influence rather than direct authority. Certified Scrum
Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe
certification. Experience working in scaled Agile environments and
with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Background in the C5I

roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and
maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
