Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Legal Intern will be to support the Commercial Legal Department Team at Twist Bioscience Corporation, a leading synthetic biology and genomics company. You will assist with the contract lifecycle management system (CLM), as well as the processing of certain commercial agreements, including Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA). This is an exciting opportunity to learn the lifecycle of contracts firsthand from a dynamic legal team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and redlining of commercial contracts, including NDAs
• Learn how to use Ironclad -, Twist's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Ensure CLM records are created with relevant contract information within a timely fashion, and archiving / organizing the executed contracts
• Other responsibilities as assigned
