with a respected Fairfield County firm seeking to add an attorney
who likes being the steady hand at the closing table and a
practical, deal-focused advisor on business transactions . This is
a fully onsite position for someone who values mentorship,
efficiency, and clear communication. You will focus on Purchase and
sale agreements, commercial leases, and closings Entity formation,
governance, compliance counseling Operating agreements, shareholder
agreements, asset deals Diligence, negotiation, and client-facing
problem-solving What you bring Clear writing and confident
negotiation Comfort owning tasks and asking smart questions
Connecticut transactional familiarity (or a clear path to waive in)
Compensation: $105,000 to $135,000 base Bonus potential up to
$20,000 plus origination bonus Solid benefits package and paid time
