Job Description:
Job Title: Distribution Operator Location: Shelton, CT Schedule:
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (Days and Nights – includes weekends and
holidays) Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Nesco Resource is
seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our clients team, responsible
for performing various warehouse functions including material
handling, material movement, inventory management, and other
related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a
forklift and must be comfortable working night shifts on a rotating
schedule. Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts and other
warehouse equipment to move materials within the warehouse. Assist
in loading and unloading trucks, containers, and other
transportation vehicles. Perform inventory counts and maintain
accurate records of warehouse inventory. Organize and maintain
warehouse space to ensure efficient material storage and retrieval.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe
working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete
tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Requirements: Previous
experience as a Warehouse Operator or similar role. Proficiency in
operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Strong attention
to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Ability to work
night shifts on a rotating schedule. Excellent communication and
teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
