Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a distribution center in Raymond, NH to bring on Yard Drivers . This role supports daily yard operations, trailer movement, and equipment safety within the facility. Position: Yard Driver (On Property) Shift / Pay: • Tuesday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM — $30.55 per hour • Saturday – Monday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM — $32.10 per hour • Tuesday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM — $29.55 per hour Duties / Responsibilities • Operate tractor/trailer units safely within the yard • Move trailers to designated dock doors and yard locations • Inspect trailers to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in working order • Maintain accurate logs, records, and DOT-related documentation • Use yard management systems, radios, and warehouse systems to coordinate trailer movement • Perform trailer inventory checks and ensure proper fuel levels • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE • Support additional yard or facility tasks as assigned Qualifications • Valid state-issued driver’s license • Minimum of 6 months experience operating tractor/trailer units • Experience working in a yard, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail • Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts as scheduled Physical Requirements / Work Environment • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods • Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work outdoors • Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 60 lbs • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
