Job Description:

hazardous materials. As a Hazmat CDL Route Driver for our Retail
Services division, you will be essential in handling and
transporting hazardous waste from retail locations to designated
Clean Harbors facilities, ensuring compliance with all federal,
state, and local environmental regulations. This role requires
adherence to strict safety protocols and a commitment to
sustainable environmental practices. Transport hazardous waste from
various retail outlets to Clean Harbors facilities or other
designated locations while adhering to company policies and legal
regulations. Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and equipment
to ensure operational safety. Complete all necessary paperwork and
documentation accurately and on time, including logs, vehicle
reports, and schedules. Communicate effectively with dispatchers
and operations staff to report issues or receive instructions.
Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect
oneself, the public, and the environment. Proficient in operating a
commercial vehicle including semi-trucks and trailers. Strong
knowledge of DOT regulations and Hazmat endorsements. Ability to
handle and transport hazardous materials safely. Strong
communication and documentation skills. Medical Insurance Dental

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker
endorsements. Clean driving record mandatory.
