Job Description Job Description Adecco is seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor on 3rd shift with an exceptional company in Andover! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours: 6:00PM-2:30AM, Sunday-Thursday *Must be able to train on 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:00PM) for first few weeks Pay: $30-$35/hour 10% differential ($33-$38.50/hour) Position Summary: The Logistics Operations Supervisor will manage and oversee all warehouse operations, ensure efficient processes, strict adherence to quality, and maximize warehouse productivity. Responsibilities: Supervising employees Ensuring proper training is provided by following the skill matrix Meeting daily service levels Ensuring all regulatory and quality procedures are being followed Training records are updated, monitoring employee performance, and providing feedback regularly. Coordinate the hiring and training of new employees Regularly communicate team performance to employees and management Plan and schedule activities (including personnel and equipment) to meet Service Levels Conduct daily team huddles for proper communication and development of the team Participate and lead teams to improve safety, quality, delivery & Inventory Resolve routine equipment issues and minimize downtime Responsible to manage personnel across multiple shifts Requirements/Qualifications: 5 years of experience in distribution operations 5 years of supervising experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel 5 years of experience in Lean implementation Excellent people management skills Experience in working in a fast-paced, reputable global Biotech / Pharmaceutical or Consumer company Experience collaborating with other departments Project management skills Experience meeting on agreed deadlines Understanding Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements Understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) LMS (Learning Management Software like WeLearn) knowledge & SAP experience If you are interested & qualified , please apply with your updated resume!
