CDL Delivery Driver - Seasonal Norbert E. Mitchell Co., Inc. is looking for Seasonal CDL Delivery Drivers. Candidates must have at least a Class B CDL with Airbrake, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. Candidates must be highly safety conscious, detail oriented and well organized in order to ensure the highest level of safety and performance, while meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers. Job Summary: The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe operation of their assigned truck, safely loading petroleum products into tanker trucks, safely and efficiently delivering petroleum products to customers. The driver will be required to: · Maintain outstanding customer service at all times · Ensure the safety and efficiency of each task performed · Pre-trip and post-trip assigned truck every day and complete required documentation · Carefully and accurately follow delivery instructions · Safely and efficiently deliver petroleum products · Be responsible for the cleanliness of the truck assigned · Other duties as assigned Education/Experience: · High school graduate or equivalent · At least one year of experience as a Class B or Class A CDL driver Qualifications: · Class B or Class A CDL with Airbrake, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements · Possess a clean driving record · Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision · Work in accordance with established safety procedures · Available to work Saturdays during the winter season Job Type: Seasonal Pay: Top Pay, based on experience · 8 hour shift · Day shift Work Days: · Monday to Friday · Weekends as needed Experience: · Driving: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: · A or B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker & Airbrake endorsements (Required) Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Southbury, CT 06487 (Required) Requirements · Class B or Class A CDL with Airbrake, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements · Possess a clean driving record · Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision · Work in accordance with established safety procedures · Available to work Saturdays during the winter season Requirements · Class B or Class A CDL with Airbrake, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements · Possess a clean driving record · Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision · Work in accordance with established safety procedures · Available to work Saturdays during the winter season
