Job Description:
Your Key Responsibilities Develop and implement technical
quality solutions to optimize production and assembly processes.
Conduct and oversee quality checks and inspections of designated
products or manufacturing processes. Make decisions regarding the
blocking of suspect or defective parts or products, pending further
review. Coordinate with management to address customer complaints
and manage related costs. Manage and analyze customer warranty
cases to determine root causes and corrective actions. Implement
and verify the application and effectiveness of quality standards
and initiatives. Support the preparation and conduction of internal
and external audits. Collaborate with local Quality Management and
Quality Customer Service teams to initiate corrective actions.
Create customer deviations for parts outside of standard. Assist
the inspection department with quality equipment troubleshooting.
Your Qualifications BS-Engineering or equivalent Strong analytical
skills and the ability to create technical concepts for quality
optimization Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail Experience in managing customer complaints and implementing
corrective actions Strong communication skills to effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams Applicants must be
authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other
