Collating Machine Operator – Direct Hire Location: Portland, ME
Shift: 1st (5:30am - 2pm) Role Overview Our client is seeking a
reliable Collating Machine Operator to join their Alpharetta, GA
production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain
collating machines to assemble printed materials into complete sets
according to customer specifications. This is a direct-hire,

Set up, operate, and monitor collating machines. Review job tickets
and ensure accuracy of materials being collated. Perform quality
checks to confirm proper sequence, completeness, and alignment.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as
needed. Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety
standards. Assist with packaging, stacking, and preparing finished
jobs for shipment. What You Bring Previous experience in machine
operation, collating, finishing, or printing operations preferred
(training available). Ability to take measurements Mechanical
aptitude and ability to learn new equipment. Strong attention to
detail and quality control. Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and
lift up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
