Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated manufacturing operators in Biddeford, ME, to operate automated and semi-automated machinery for producing a variety of components and products. This role also involves manual production work that demands excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Responsibilities Operate automated and semi-automated machinery to produce components and products. Perform manual production tasks requiring hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ensure quality standards are met in the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Production and assembly experience. Machinery aptitude or machine operator experience. Ability to work with small parts. At least 6 months of manufacturing or transferrable skills. Work Environment This opportunity is based in a manufacturing facility with two shifts available. The first shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the second shift from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Biddeford, ME. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. 16 ETO days 12 paid holidays (including Winter Closure!)
