Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machinist-refill Jarrod to join their team. As a Machinist-refill Jarrod, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and machining operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machinist-refill Jarrod Location: Salisbury, CT Pay Range: $21 Shift: Night (23:00-07:00) What's the Job? Load, start up, and operate manual, semi-automated, or basic automated assembly machines Inspect parts, complete required documentation, and report issues to supervisor Use measuring devices as needed to ensure quality standards Assemble parts according to job instructions and training Maintain lot control system and secure materials for assembly What's Needed? No prior experience required Background check including criminal history (local, CRC, enhanced nationwide search) Ability to follow safety policies and procedures Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Willingness to learn multiple machines and rotate as needed What's in it for me?
