Job Description Job Description Needle Bending Operator Location: Southington, CT Shift: 1st Shift — 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Essential Job Functions Operate various equipment used in the needle?bending process Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards Complete required daily documentation accurately and on time Maintain good housekeeping and keep the workstation clean and organized Follow all safety and employee policies; report any concerns to management Skills and Abilities Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and follow established procedures Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Experience using small hand tools Physical Requirements This position is performed in a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to: Remain in a stationary position—sitting or standing—for extended periods Perform repetitive motions such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling Lift up to 40 lbs. with assistance Work in a noisy environment and communicate effectively with others Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
