Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description Manage operations and personnel involved in the safe manufacturing of metal E Rings, utilizing standard measuring devices and gauges. Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Manufacture metal E-Rings following documentation and procedures. Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts. Read and interpret work instructions. Communicate work order status and completion with others. Perform assembly and inspection of components. Essential Skills Experience as a Machine Operator, Assembler, and in inspection. Mechanical aptitude and supervisory experience. Proficiency in computer skills. Ability to read and write in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma. Basic math skills. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment E Ring Associates collaborate with Manufacturing Leads and Support in a team-oriented environment. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager. Employees are required to stand, walk, and use hands for operating machines and computers, with specific vision abilities needed for close work. Regular attendance and professionalism are expected. Work hours are available across three shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday with potential overtime, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Thursday and 3 PM to 7 PM on Friday, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
